Dear Families
We were pleased to host a visit this week from our new Acting Principal Trish O’Toole.
Trish worked with Lisa and myself on my hand over to her. Year 6 students took
Trish on a school tour where she visited the children in their classes. You may have heard about this! Trish is a very experienced Principal and Educator but she will need to settle into the role and I am sure you will give her the time, space and understanding to do so.
There are so many things that schools have in common, but just as many things that are different!
ROSARY LEGO MASTERS – Sports Edition
On Friday 12 June, all classes came across to the gym to see an exhibition of amazing Lego creations (or builds I’m told). The theme for this competition was sport and we certainly had every sport covered with 130 entries!!!

'A Heart that Sees' provides us with an opportunity to help those people experiencing homelessness at the Adelaide Day Centre.
Please bring in a spare pair of winter clothes to give to the less fortunate.

The North West Junior Soccer Association Board regrats to announce it has decided to cancel it's 2020 football (soccer) season.
The committee is working at providing a refund as soon as possible.

In the early phase of the COVID-19 restrictions we made a school decision to cancel GroundForce Performing Arts program this year.
At that time, issues around adults onsite and the fact that a whole year level attends the lesson together in a small space forced us to make this decision.
Therefore in 2020, we will not be having an end of year dance concert.
We look forward to providing this program again in 2021.
We are please to announce that this years School Photos will go ahead.
Order forms will be sent home week 1 term 3.
Mindful of the current situation and in consultation with your school, MSP Photography will be instigating a new process for the taking of school photos this year.
